Daylight Savings Time starts, and, weather for March 10 – 13

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME BEGINS AT 2:00 AM, SUNDAY MORNING, MARCH 11.  SET YOUR CLOCKS AHEAD ONE HOUR.  That is, if you are setting your clocks at 11:00 PM, Saturday night, March 10, set the clocks forward from 11:00 PM to 12:00 midnight.  If you do not set your clocks Saturday night, and wake up at, for example, 7:00 AM Sunday, March 11, set your clocks ahead to 8:00 AM.  If in doubt, turn on your tv set and check the time there — set your clocks and watches to match the tv time.  Or, check the time on your cell phone — the cell networks will automatically set the time to Daylight Savings.  OR, you can check the US Naval Observatory Master Clock.
