A few days ago we sent a blast email to all Potomac Bay Estates property owners advising that Property Owners’ Association dues for all property owners are due. The water fee for all homes connected to the community water system also are due.

Association Dues – ALL property owners pay this fee
$300 per lot

Community Water System Fees – Those property owners who are connected to the community water system pay this fee
$325 per lot that has a connection, in addition to the Dues

Fees are due NOT LATER THAN APRIL 1, 2023.
ALL PROPERTY OWNERS pay $300 dues. If you owe the water fee, you can write a single check for $625.
If you do not have the address to which to mail your check, please send an email to the Association’s email address potomacbaypoa@hotmail.com and we will respond with the mailing address for your payment.
