In early 2024, the PBE POA Covenants and Restrictions, and, Bylaws were updated to ensure they conform with the State of Virginia HOA/POA Statute, Code of Virginia 55.1-1800 ff. The updated documents were approved by vote of the membership that was finalized on April 8, 2024, and are now posted on the website at this link.
